Gold leaf provides a starting point for exploring how a traditional material can shape an interactive exhibition.
One exhibition installation in our company introduction took inspiration from an hourglass. Visitors could turn a screen-like structure and watch the gold leaf move gradually from top to bottom.
The movement of the material created a direct experience of time and craftsmanship. Participation formed part of the encounter with the work.
This approach connects cultural content with a physical action that visitors can understand through their senses.
Interactive experiences form part of our broader work in heritage curation, alongside research, interpretation and cultural communication.
